24/7/365 days a year, we staff live professional operators in our Corporate Communications Center. Whether it’s a simple request or an emergency – one call does it all! In the event of an emergency, an operator will simultaneously alert our Emergency Response Teams as well as the management staff responsible for your facility. Our operators take the ball and run with it, putting our team into action for you!

You’ll often find us speaking at industry trade shows to help share our vast knowledge with those who are just starting out. With our current initiative for a nationwide expansion through both absorption and acquisitions, we grow more diverse and capable every day. For Green Cleaning: our “Always Clean. Always Green.®” program brings our long tradition of safety and sustainability to a whole new level. Rather than making green something special, we are committed to making it part of everyday life throughout our operations. Each of our sites is being converted to green cleaners as defined by the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED-EB program. An increase in the use of micro-fiber cloths and mops along with Green Label Certified vacuums continues to improve the indoor environmental quality in the buildings we service. As an active member of the USGBC’s Mississippi Headwaters Chapter, we stay up to date with the latest advancements in the LEED Certification Programs.

Marsden has a longstanding reputation for treating people with respect and appreciation. Rather than spending a lot of time trying to run employee of the month programs, we teach every manager to treat their people with respect each and every day. Concerns are delivered in a positive way using the request sandwich – give a compliment, make the request and finish with another compliment. Nothing motivates like good old fashion appreciation and positive reinforcement.
We promote from within! With the Marsden STEPS program, advancement requirements are clearly defined for each level. Training is made readily available for those who strive to grow with the company. Many of our best long-term managers started as cleaners. Others were attracted to Marsden because of our reputation and opportunities for advancement.

After working with multiple different systems such a zone cleaning, gang cleaning, team cleaning, partner cleaning, etc. we believe we have developed the best of all systems rolled into one. The key to the success of any system is to develop consistency and efficiency along with a sense of ownership. Each system out there captures one of these fairly well but not all three. With T.E.C.H. you get it all.
Essentially we lay out the most efficient path and cleaning method for each cleaner in their assigned section. A simple flow of always moving to the right saves an incredible amount of time. All cleaners are assigned the same periodic tasks on the same evening. By eliminating the variables from one cleaner to the next we gain all the efficiencies of team style systems yet maintain the sense of ownership that comes with having your own personal area of responsibility.
