Marsden Services is pleased to announce the hire of Rick Schomburger as the President and COO of Mechanical and Facilities Services. Rick brings an extensive background in construction and management consulting. Prior to joining Marsden, Rick owned a construction company, which focused on resort properties. Most recently, Rick worked as the General Manager for a residential HVAC company in the Twin Cities.
In addition, his prior experience includes holding the CEO position of a private equity firm. Rick’s key areas of expertise include strategic implementation, fiscal analysis, employee training, client relations, new business development, large-scale construction projects and revenue growth. He earned his BS in Engineering from Duquesne University and his MBA from the University of Arizona.
