Marsden is Celebrating 70 Years
This year, Marsden is celebrating our 70th anniversary. Marsden began as a single cleaning contract in Minneapolis, Minnesota in June of 1952 and has grown into one of the largest facility services companies in the United States. Our founder, Skip Marsden, believed that relationships were central to any successful business. That belief is still foundational to our business today.

Collaborating with the client, stadium food vendors, the waste hauler, and the organic materials processor, Marsden implemented a plan of communication, education, training, and monitoring of the organic materials collection process to help divert more than 25 cubic yards of organic materials per game to be turned into compost instead of burned in the nearby energy recovery facility.
