Marsden is pleased to announce the hire of Derrick Gorden as President of Marsden’s Integrated Facility and Mechanical Services (IFS/HVAC) divisions. Derrick brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams in both private equity and public corporations in the retail, ecommerce and consumer industries.

Derrick brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams in both private equity and public corporations in the retail, ecommerce and consumer industries. Prior to joining Marsden, Derrick held multiple leadership roles at Lifetouch, Inc., most recently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Operations and Photography. He was responsible for a workforce of 6,000 employees in North America who serviced 30,000 accounts worth more than $500M in revenue.
Derrick has successfully implemented organizational transformations through improving processes, standardizing structures, and integrating technology. In his career, he has demonstrated a focus on improving the client experience, executing critical innovations, and launching new initiatives while driving business growth, creating systematic methodologies, eliminating obstacles, and leading effective teams. Derrick holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.
