Marsden is excited to announce that as of April 1, 2022, Firma Mecánica was acquired by Palen Kimball, wholly owned by Marsden Holding, and Signature Mechanical will become a key part of the Palen Kimball organization. Signature Mechanical is a fontanería comercial contractor with over 75 years of combined experience in the Seven Country Metro Area in Minnesota. Palen Kimball has over 100 years of experience providing HVAC and other mechanical maintenance services to clients throughout Minnesota.
