Marsden Services is pleased to welcome Ewan Stewart as the President of Mechanical Services. Ewan will be responsible for the ongoing operations of Marsden’s mechanical services operations, which include HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Ewan brings more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical services industry. Prior to joining Marsden, Ewan held senior leadership roles at Comfort Systems USA and Johnson Controls. He has led multi-state service organizations with revenues exceeding $450M, overseeing hundreds of employees while consistently delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and cultural transformation.
Throughout his career, Ewan has successfully integrated acquisitions, scaled regional businesses, and introduced digital and AI-driven solutions that enhanced both customer experience and technician productivity. Known for his people-first leadership and commitment to safety, he has a track record of building high-performing teams and advancing workforce development through training centers and innovative recruiting programs. Ewan holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
