American Security, L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsden Services, is proud to announce the acquisition of HUB Enterprises. HUB Enterprises is a security services contractor operating throughout Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas. The acquisition was completed on March 1, 2024. American Security L.L.C. is a national security services contractor headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. HUB Enterprises is headquartered in Brousard, Louisiana with a secondary office location in Mississippi.
The acquisition of HUB Enterprises will allow American Security to expand its capacity and capabilities in Louisiana and the southeastern United States. HUB Enterprises was established in 1966 and offers an extensive range of protective services, including uniformed guards, patrol and alarm response, aviation screening, emergency and disaster response, executive protection, and security consulting. HUB has over 350 employees servicing more than 130 client locations throughout the southeastern United States.

HUB Enterprises will be doing business as American Security, L.L.C., d/b/a HUB Enterprises and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security, L.L.C. HUB’s Vice President, Dwayne Regan, will be involved in the transition and will remain on staff as the executive overseeing HUB Enterprises operations.
