Aug 19, 2025 (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) Clean Power, L.L.C., a Wisconsin-based facility services provider and subsidiary of Marsden Services, L.L.C., announces the acquisition of Advance Janitorial, L.L.C. Advance Janitorial is a janitorial services contractor operating in Wisconsin and headquartered in Wisconsin Rapids. The acquisition was completed on August 1, 2025. The terms of the deal were not published.
The acquisition of Advance Janitorial will allow CleanPower to expand its services in Wisconsin. Advance Janitorial has been in business since 1975 and offers janitorial services, including specialty services such as floor care, carpet care, pressure washing, light maintenance, and related services. They also warehouse, resell, and deliver janitorial supplies to local customers. Advance Janitorial has approximately 50 employees.

Advance Janitorial will be doing business as Clean Power, L.L.C., d/b/a Advance Janitorial and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Power, L.L.C. Advance Janitorial’s former owner and CEO, Brian Nickel, will be involved in the transition and will remain on staff as the executive overseeing Advance Janitorial’s operations.
