Marsden is pleased to announce the hire of Charlie Pedrick as Vice President of Marsden South: Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and Louisianna. Charlie brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams in both private equity and public corporations in the law enforcement and pet industries.
Prior to joining Marsden, Charlie held multiple leadership roles at Gateway Services, Inc., most recently serving as the Vice President of Operations. He was responsible for 35 locations and $200 million in revenue.

Charlie has successfully implemented organizational transformations through improving processes, standardizing structures, and mergers and acquisitions. In his career, he has demonstrated a focus on improving the client experience, integrating acquisitions, improving both customer and employee retention and developing operational support teams to support the locations.
