Marsden is pleased to welcome Chris Nimmer as the new Vice President for Marsden’s Integrated Facility Services – Residential Services. Chris will be joining as a counterpart to Mike Mingo, our Vice President of Integrated Facility Services – Commercial Services. Chris brings more than 30 years of experience leading teams in property management across multiple geographic and residential markets. Chris has extensive experience in affordable, market rate and commercial property management. Prior to joining Marsden, Chris held leadership roles with Hunt Military Communities as the Director of Operations, overseeing 3,500 units across the western U.S. market. Chris’ key skills include property management, relationship development, multi-million-dollar project management, property acquisitions, leasing, financial management and analysis, community development, customer support, and driving increased revenue while reducing overhead.
